Journal of Emerging Educational Studies (JEES) is an international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed, scholarly journal dedicated to publishing high-quality, timely, and groundbreaking research in the field of educational sciences.
Founded with the mission of advancing educational theory, methodology, and practice, JEES serves as an international platform for researchers, academicians, policy-makers, and practitioners. 2. Peer Review Process
To maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, JEES employs a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo initial screening by the editorial board for alignment with the journal’s scope and formatting guidelines. Eligible manuscripts are then reviewed by at least two independent international experts in the relevant field.
3. Open Access Policy
JEES is a fully Open Access journal. In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition, all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

4. Publication Fees (APC)
JEES is committed to disseminating educational research without financial barriers. The journal does not charge any article processing charges (APCs), submission fees, or publication fees. All publishing services are entirely free of charge.
5. Language Policy

Primary Publication Language: English.

Bilingual Submissions: JEES also accepts high-quality manuscripts written in Turkish. However, articles published in Turkish must include a comprehensive and structured Extended Abstract in English (minimum 1000–1500 words) upon final acceptance to ensure global accessibility and indexing visibility.
6. Publication Frequency
JEES is published bi-annually (June and December), with occasional special issues dedicated to critical, emerging themes in education.
